A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 14·6 perches situated in Blocks I and II, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Wairua Riverbed; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5756 (S.O. 42619) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
