Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the Crown specified in the Schedule below to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

Appointing Members of the Engineering Associates Registration Board
PURSUANT to the Engineering Associates Act 1961, the Minister of Works hereby--
(i) Declares that the said Act shall apply to the Associations named in column 1 of the Schedule hereto, and
(ii) Appoints the persons named in column 2 of the said Schedule to be members of the Engineering Associates Registration Board, and each person named in column 3 of the said Schedule to be the deputy on the said Board of the person whose name appears in the said column 2 opposite his, each member and his deputy being so appointed on the nomination of the Association named in the said column 1 opposite their respective names.
