of the Royal New Zealand Air Force

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air
Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government has been pleased to approve the following
appointments, promotions, relinquishment of temporary rank,
extensions of commissions, transfer, terminations of com-
missions, resignation, and retirements of officers of the Royal
New Zealand Air Force.

REGULAR AIR FORCE
GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH
Transfer to Retired List
Air Vice-Marshal Malcolm Frederick Calder, c.b., C.B.E.,
LL.B., i.d.c. (70006), is transferred to the Retired List "A",
with effect from 13 November 1962.

Promotion
Pilot Officer William John Ramsay (76826) to be Flying
Officer, with effect from 15 October 1962.

AIR TRAINING CORPS
Appointments
The under-mentioned are granted commissions in the Air
Training Corps, with seniority and effect from the date shown:
Robert MacMahon Black, 19 March 1962.
Josephes Duncan Baird, 20 June 1962.

Promotion
Pilot Officer Donald John Moffatt to be Flying Officer, with
effect from 6 September 1962.

Resignation
Flight Lieutenant Jack Harold Mossley, D.F.M., resigns his
