Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block V, Waitohi Survey District and Block III, Waipara Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres 14 perches situated in Block V, Waitohi Survey District, and Block III, Waipara Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Section 25, Horsley Down Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6345 (S.O. 10029) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Leslie Gordon Hagerty, of Hornby, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 428, folio 85, Canterbury Land Registry, are hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.
