A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William McCulloch, of Claremont, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease R.L.F. No. 485, Volume 625, folio 39, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Post Office in Block XV, Alford Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for a post office over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easement to be appurtenant to the said land described in the First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

Easement Over Land and Subsoil of Land Taken for Portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (Portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in Block XV, Akatarawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of the Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water along, under, or over the said land described in the said First Schedule, and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land described in the First Schedule, such easement to be appurtenant to the land in Proclamation No. 525685, Wellington Land Registry; and I also proclaim and declare that so much of the subsoil of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto as is situated beneath a plane 20 ft below and approximately parallel to the present surface of the said land described in the said Second Schedule, is hereby taken for portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation).

ALL that piece of land containing 17·6 perches situated in Block XV, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 299, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5041 (S.O. 24516) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
