Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in Block I, Invercargill Hundred

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19·6 perches situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., being Lot 596, D.P. 5761, being also part section 6.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for state housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

14 1 28·8 Part Lot 1, D.P. 23771.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6344 (S.O. 43531) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 9·4 perches situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Borough of Papakura, Auckland R.D., and being balance Lot 2, D.P. 37081. Part certificate of title, Volume 265, folio 197, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 33·6 perches situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. S.7749, being part Otorohanga E5C and E5E2 Blocks. Part certificate of title, Volume 877, folio 228, Auckland Land Registry.
