A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for post and telegraph purposes (line store and garage), is hereby set apart for state housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 21·7 perches situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Borough of Kaitaia, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.R.O. Plan 108. Balance certificate of title, Volume 530, folio 156, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for post and telegraph purposes (line depot), is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, together with the benefit of the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 7591, Otago Land Registry, subject to the restriction as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 7133, Otago Land Registry, and to rights of batter created by memorandum of transfer No. 164916, Otago Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.
