Declaring Land to be Crown Land

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 67 acres, more or less, being the land described as section 23A, Block X, Tautuku Survey District (S.O. Plan M.L. 307).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of September 1962.

Public Reserve Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 27Β·9 perches situated in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being reserve 5018.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 25, D.P. 11129, being part Reserve 4383; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123720 (S.O. 7698) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, enjoyment, or convenience of a road, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 39 perches situated in Block IX, Town of Maheno, Otago R.D., being Sections 1 and 2 and parts Sections 3 and 4; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6357 (S.O. 13245) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1962.
