In the matter of the Counties Act 1956, the Counties Amend-
ment Act 1961, and the Public Works Act 1928.

Notice is hereby given that the Manukau County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts,
to execute a certain public work, namely, the widening and
formation of a public road known as the Papakura-Kawakawa
Main Highway, and for the purposes of such public work the
land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken;
and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken as aforesaid is deposited at the Clevedon
Post Office and is open for inspection, without fee, by all

citizens of the Borough of Eastbourne propose to carry out
foreshore protection work and for that purpose require to

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of City of Auckland District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Council made on the 4th day of October 1962, the
Council has recommended that the operative district scheme
be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule
hereto.

The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended
by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town
Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the
branch libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey
Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, and Tamaki, and
are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein,
without fee, at any time when the above places are open to
the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme
may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed
in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning
Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked "objection to
scheme change" and lodged at the office of the Council at
any time not later than the 23rd day of November 1962. An
