A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 16·1 perches situated in Block I, Patiti Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 47, D.P. 726, being part Rural Section 3753; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6186 (S.O. 10019) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
