PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 15th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Michael John Fennell and Annie Cecilia Fennell,
under and by virtue of lease No. 179, Auckland Land
Registry, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
15th day of October 1962.

at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
