A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 6.7 perches situated in Block IV, Moutere Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Section 2 and part Sections 3 and 4, Block V, Town of Hokio. Part certificate of title, Volume 365, folio 233, Wellington Land Registry, being the land defined in Proclamation No. 507417, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for prison purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 98 acres 2 roods 37 perches situated in Block XII, Rolleston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Rural Sections 7715 and 8913 and part Rural Section 5721; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6161 (S.O. 10007) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of the Bay of Islands as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.

All that piece of land containing 2 acres and 34.7 perches situated in Block VII, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 8625, being parts Henry Williams and Catherine Hadfields Grants, and part Section 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6116 (S.O. 42345) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of and subject to certain rights created in memorandum of transfer No. 123769, Hawkeβs Bay Land Registry, for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.
