H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 15th day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 35·1 perches situated in
Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being Lot 49, D.P. 42139. Formerly all certificate of title,
Volume 1567, folio 21, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 2nd day of October 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for electricity purposes
(substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block
VIII, Takitimu Survey District, Southland R.D., being part
Lot 2, D.P. 2244, being part Section 21; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6314
(S.O. 6985) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of
water power (Waipara substation); and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
15th day of October 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Teviotdale Survey
District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Being
2 0 15·1 Part Section 33, Glenmark Settlement; coloured
orange on plan.
0 3 39·9 Part Reserve 3978; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6010 (S.O. 9978) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
