Additional Land at Gore Taken for the Purposes of the
Waimea Plains Railway
H.E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waimea Plains
Railway.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
A. R. P.
0 0 4·8 Part street adjoining railway land, Block IIIA,
Town of Gore.
Situated in the Borough of Gore. (S.O. 6983.)
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 18117 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged
green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 8th day of October 1962.

Christchurch Survey District, Subject to a Building-line
Restriction
H.E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes,
subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No.
450029, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day
of October 1962.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Crown land containing 25·2 perches situated
in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
being Lot 186, D.P. 21904, and being part Rural Section 671.
Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 411, folio 164,
Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 5th day of October 1962.

Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of October 1962.

proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisation; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 15th day of October 1962.

All that piece of land containing 24·06 perches situated in
the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Section 69,
Evans Bay District. All notice No. 483578, Wellington Land
Registry.
