Portion of Reserve Set Apart for a Highway Depot in Block XVI, Mata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of reserve containing 1 acre 3 roods 17 perches situated in Block XVI, Mata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 145, Te Puia Suburban; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6325 (S.O. 4958) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of October 1962.

Portion of a Public Domain and an Easement Over Portion of a Public Domain Taken for Drainage Purposes in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public domain described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for drainage purposes over the portion of a public domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned the full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity for itself and its tenants, servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by night as well as by day to go, pass, repass with or without vehicles, motor vehicles, or implements of any kind over and along the said portion of public domain described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that the aforesaid easement shall be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.

ALL that portion of a public domain containing 1 rood 14·5 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 720, Town of Orakei; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of a public domain containing 21·3 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Section 720, Town of Orakei; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6158 (S.O. 43205) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of September 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence), and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence), subject to the pipeline certificate contained in K. 42276, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1962.
