Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Timaru City Council, Change of the Purpose of a Reserve, and Appointment of the Boy Scouts County of Canterbury Trust Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a Scout Hall and, further, appoints the Boy Scouts County of Canterbury Trust Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a scout hall.
