Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ellesmere County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere and
revokes the reservation as a reserve for a gravel pit over the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Tauranga Harbour Board,
Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve, and Addition of
a Reserve to the Mount Maunganui Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Tauranga Harbour
Board and changes the purpose of that part of the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for pilot
purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes and, further,
declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to
Part III of the said Act to form part of the Mount Maunganui
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the
Domain Board.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject
to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice
dated 29 May 1933 and published in the Gazette, 22 June
