Authorising the Laying Off of a Street (Extension of Galway Crescent and Newall Place) in the Borough of Putaruru and County of Matamata, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of September 1962 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Putaruru Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked M.O.W. 6239 referred to in the Schedule hereto and fronting the proposed street within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines of the proposed street.

Revoking a Licence Authorising the Maniototo Hospital Board to Use Water from the Capburn Creek, the Pigburn Creek, Main Gully, Hamilton, Long Gully, and Tailings Gully for the Purpose of Generating Electricity, and to Erect and Use Electric Lines Within Block I, Rock and Pillar Survey District COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 12th day of September 1962 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 18th day of March 1930 and published in the Gazette on the 20th day of the same month at page 798, as amended by the Order in Council dated the 23rd day of March 1931 and published in the Gazette on the 26th day of March 1931 at page 709, authorising the Maniototo Hospital Board to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use electric lines. Boundaries of County of Taupo and Borough of Taupo Altered H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of September 1962 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order. ORDER 1. The area described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the Borough of Taupo and included in the County of Taupo. 2. The area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the County of Taupo and included in the Borough of Taupo. 3. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and the said borough hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954. FIRST SCHEDULE ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Borough of Taupo, containing 19 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing on the right bank of the Waikato River at the north-western corner of River Terrace, in Block II, Tawhara Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the boundary of the Borough of Taupo as described in Gazette, 1953, page 1476, to its junction with the right bank of the Waikato River diversion; thence south-westerly along that last-named bank to the point of commencement. SECOND SCHEDULE ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taupo County, containing 230 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 40, Block II, Tauhara Survey District (part Taupo Domain, Gazette, 1955, page 978), and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 40 and Section 41, Block II, aforesaid (part Taupo Domain, Gazette, 1954, page 496), to the northern side of Rotokawa Road and south-easterly along a right line crossing the said road to the angle opposite the last-named boundary; thence westerly
