A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 16·7 perches situated in Block I, Town of Maheno, Otago R.D., being part Section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156941 (S.O. 12347) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange, bordered dark orange.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Matamata County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
