Land Held for State Housing Purposes Subject to a Building-line Restriction Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Otahuhu

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by K. 82438, Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 19·2 perches situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 44 and 45, D.P. 48482. Part certificate of title, Volume 1915, folio 27, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school, subject to notice of building-line condition K. 36794, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

S.7936, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S.224597, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 6·9 perches situated in Block V, Halswell Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 21227, being part Rural Section 3041; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6188 (S.O. 10036) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
