Land Taken for Teachers' Residences in the Borough of Ngaruawahia

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing together 2 roods 2·28 perches situated in the Borough of Ngaruawahia, being Lots 20 and 22, D.P. 11197, being part Allotment 159, Suburbs of Newcastle North. Part certificate of title, Volume 642, folio 144, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 114, Parish of Waipareira. All certificate of title, Volume 369, folio 142, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 15 perches situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 39591; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6104 (S.O. 43631) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
4 2 4·9 Lot 30, D.P. 48485, and part Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 16710; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 13·9 Part Lot 15, D.P. 20783; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6149 (S.O. 43495) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32·6 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 5, D.P. 49244. Balance certificate of title, Volume 1984, folio 87, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Beatrice Ricketts, of Nelson, married woman, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 70017, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 22 perches situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 1441, being part Section 62, Maori Reserve, City of Nelson. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 155, folio 74, Nelson Land Registry.
