Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block III, Atiamuri Survey District

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 acres 15 perches, being Section 31, Block III, Atiamuri Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 40440.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Subject to a Building-line Restriction

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 347641, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2·5 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, and being Lot 2, D.P. 17314, being part Rural Section 825. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 334492, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.

A Public Reserve Set Apart for the Purposes of a Public School (Caretaker’s Residence) in Block I, Waihou Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a public school (caretaker’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that public reserve containing 36 perches, being Lot 1, D.P. 21584, being part Section 22, Block I, Waihou Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 292, folio 109, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a post office, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of October 1962.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2·4 perches situated in Block I, Moutere Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 268, Town of Foxton; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1701 (S.O. 24827) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of September 1962.
