A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
SECTIONS 38, 39, and 40, Block XII, Kaitieke Survey District: Area, 13 acres 1 rood 38·4 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 62/61 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 24682 and 25114.)

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati-Whawhakia subtribe of the Waikato tribe.

WHEREAS Leonard Richard Robinson, a registered medical practitioner, has applied for a licence to practise anatomy at the School of Anatomy, Medical School, Dunedin, being a School of Anatomy established under the Medical Act 1908, and has complied with the provisions of section 26 of that Act:
Now therefore, pursuant to the Medical Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to the said Leonard Richard Robinson a licence to practise anatomy at the School of Anatomy at the Medical School, Dunedin.
