ORDER

1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Waiuku College Board
of Governors Order 1962.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of
February 1963.
2.The constitution of the Board of Governors of Waiuku
College, as prescribed by section 90 of the Education Act 1914,
is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled by a
Board of Governors constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education
Board.
(b) One member appointed by the Waiuku Borough Council.
(c) One member appointed by the Franklin County Council.
(d) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending
the College.

Appointment, Promotion, Relinquishment of Temporary Rank,
Extensions of Commissions, and Resignations of Officers of

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force
Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been
pleased to approve the following appointment, promotion,
relinquishment of temporary rank, extensions of commissions,

Extension of Commission
Flight Lieutenant Kenneth Stewart Massicks (75152) is
granted an extension of his commission until 31 December
1964.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPLY BRANCH

Appointment
Special Duties Division
Flight Sergeant Theodore Cyril Moreton (75805) is granted
a short service commission in the Administrative and Supply
Branch (Special Duties Division), Regular Air Force, for a
period ending 5 February 1972 in the rank of Pilot Officer,
with seniority and effect from 13 August 1962.

Promotion
Flying Officer Brian Edward Dunphy, B.SC., to be Flight
Lieutenant, with effect from 1 August 1962.

RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS
Relinquishment of Temporary Rank
Flying Officer (temporary Flight Lieutenant) Thomas
Francis Clive Geary, B.A. (133525) ceases to be attached to
the Air Training Corps and relinquishes the temporary rank
of Flight Lieutenant, with effect from 5 February 1962.

The age for retirement of Wing Commander Henry Christian
Salmon, O.B.E., A.F.R.Ae.S. (70206), is extended for the period
6 June 1963 to 31 December 1963.

Transfer to Retired List
Flight Lieutenant Augustus George Andrews (72614) is
transferred to the Retired List "A", with effect from 5 September 1962.

Appointment
Special Duties Division
Reginald Norman Ayles, D.F.C., D.F.M. (80708), is granted
a short service commission in the Administrative and Supply
Branch (Special Duties Division), Regular Air Force, for a
period of six years to be followed by four years in the
Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed in the rank of
Flight Lieutenant with seniority from 26 July 1957, with effect
from 26 July 1962.
