Revocation of Appointment of the Runanga Borough Council
to Control and Manage a Reserve and Revocation of the
Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the
Runanga Borough Council as published in Gazette, 1959,
Vol. I, page 287, and revokes the reservation as a site for a
youth club hall over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
