Station 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District, thence along a line within the South Auckland Land District north-westerly generally along the north-eastern watershed of the Ngaruroro River to Trig. Station 41 (Maungarangi) in Block VII, Ahipaepae Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along the south-eastern watershed of the Waikato River and south-easterly along the south-western watershed of the Rangitaiki River, to and north-easterly generally along the general south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane Rivers, to and along a line within the Gisborne Land District being the watershed between the Wai-oeka and Motu Rivers to the north and Wairoa River to the south to Maungatapere No. 2 Trig. and the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 1371, to Trig. Station 78 (Te Rimuomaru No. 2), and south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station 236 (Tarewa), south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of part Puninga No. 9 to the eastern side of Puninga Road; thence southerly along that roadside, to and easterly along the northern side of State Highway No. 2, and southerly along the western side of Wairarata-Opoutama Road, to and across a public road, again along the western side of Wharerata-Opoutama Road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Whareongaonga C 10B; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that block, to and easterly along the southern boundary of part Whareongaonga C 6, to and across the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, again along the said southern boundary to the sea coast; thence southerly, northerly, and westerly along the sea coast in the Gisborne and Hawke’s Bay Land Districts to the point of commencement.

Varying the Apportionment of Representation on the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 22 September 1943, published in Gazette, page 1159, Volume III, 30 September 1943, declaring the number of members and apportioning representation on the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board, by (i) deleting the words “ten elective members” and substituting “eleven elective members”, (ii) deleting the words “five non-elective members” and substituting “four non-elective members”, and (iii) deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following:
