A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Maniototo Hospital Board, under and by virtue of memoranda of lease Nos. 437L, 429L, 464L, 850, 851, 853, 465L, 475, and 505L, Otago Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (line store and depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 2·6 perches situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 1, Section 3, Small Lots near Howick; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6040 (S.O. 43595) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (V.H.F. Mobile Radio Telephone Station) in Block IX, Hapuakohe Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. mobile radio telephone station) and that an easement is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. mobile radio telephone station) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the land described in the said Second Schedule and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of September 1962.
