At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day

Present:
THE HON. J. R. HANAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described
in the First Schedule hereto being taken for a service lane, and
to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto being
taken for an access way.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Takahue Survey
District, Borough of Kaitaia, Auckland R.D., described as
follows:

0 0 1·8 Part Lot 48, D.P. 10009, being part O.L.C. 7.
0 0 1·5 Part Lot 49, D.P. 10009, being part O.L.C. 7.
0 0 2·4 Part Lot 51, D.P. 10009, being part O.L.C. 7.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6045 (S.O. 43283) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2·3 perches situated in
Block V, Takahue Survey District, Borough of Kaitaia, Auckland
R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 30675, being part O.L.C. 7;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 6045 (S.O. 43283) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
directs that the width of the proposed service lane described
in the Schedule hereto shall for part of its length be less than
12 ft, but not less than 11 ft 8 in.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
THAT proposed service lane in the City of New Plymouth
containing by admeasurement 21·57 perches, more or less, and
being part Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 4950, being parts Section 92,
Fitzroy District, and part Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 6328, and
part Lot 1, D.P. 4279, being parts Maori Reserve 18, Fitzroy
District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 6066 (S.O. 9327) and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

County, to be County Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 3rd day

THE HON. J. R. HANAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Parsons Road situated in Block IV,
Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at
Galatos Road on the south-eastern boundary of Section 7,
Block IV, Atiamuri Survey District, and proceeding thence in
a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 110 chains.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6044 (S.O. 41358) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A–B.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of Palmer Road situated in Block X, Tatua
Survey District, Taupo County, commencing at the north-
western corner of Section 24, Block X, Tatua Survey District,
and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for
a distance of approximately 1 mile 48 chains and terminating
at the Rotorua-Taupo State Highway No. 21.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6046 (S.O. 39782) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A–B.

At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day
of August 1962
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 28th day of
June 1944 and published in the Gazette on the 29th day of
the same month at page 831, authorising Robert Arthur
Aubrey, of Omarama, sheep farmer, to use water for the
purpose of generating electricity and to erect and use certain
electric lines.

the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order
in Council dated the 13th day of August 1958 and published
in the Gazette on the 14th day of the same month, at page
1076, authorising Edward Percy Harold Burbury, of Glen
Wye, Culverden, farmer, to use water for the purpose of
generating electricity.
