All that piece of land containing 31'5 perches situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 66, District of Suburban South; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6061 (S.O. 10200) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 5th day of July 1920 and published in Gazette, 8 July 1920, Volume II, page 2110, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
PART provisional State forest, being all the land coloured and bordered red on Survey Office Plan 10317: Area, 10 acres and 20 perches, more or less; part of the land being also Section 14, Block XIII, Inangahua Survey District.

Cancelling a Building-line Condition of Portion of Alfred Street in the Borough of Blenheim Imposed by Order in Council Under Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

Pursuant to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 2nd day of July 1947, published in Gazette, 3 July 1947, Volume II, at page 817, and registered as No. 672, Marlborough Land Registry, exempting the southern side of portion of Alfred Street from the provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a condition as to the building line, by cancelling the said condition as to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council.
