A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Carterton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 21·5 perches situated in the Borough of Carterton, Wellington R.D., being part Section 207, Taratahi District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5946 (S.O. 25122) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.
