A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public schools; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Tarawera Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
5 0 0 Parts Puketawhero A No. 1 No. 37 Block.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5973 (S.O. 41638) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject as to Lots 7 and 8, Deeds Plan 230, to the party wall rights created in and by Deeds Nos. 330000 and 330001, Auckland Land Registry, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 10·9 perches situated in Block V, Hapuakohe Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 348I, Parish of Taupiri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5968 (S.O. 41622) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 18 Parts Waiohau 1A 2B Block; coloured yellow on 2 1 25 plan.
22 1 15 Part Waiohau 1A 1D 1 Block; coloured sepia on plan.
24 1 35 Part Waiohau 1A 1D 2 Block; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5907 (S.O. 41434) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 4·6 perches situated in the Town of Oamaru, Borough of Oamaru, Otago R.D., being part Harbour Board land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2988 (S.O. 12860) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered yellow.
