A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in
connection with street extension, and that the said parcels of
land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 27th day of August 1962.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 3 perches
situated in the City of Invercargill, Southland R.D., being
part of the Waihopai Channel adjoining Tweed Street and
Stead Street, Lot 3, D.P. 5994, being part Section 19, Block
XXI, and Lot 4, D.P. 5994, being part Section 10, Block III,
Invercargill Hundred; as the same is more particularly deline-
