Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Putaruru

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in the Borough of Putaruru, being Lot 8, D.P. S. 7435, being part Section 99, Selwyn Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 1748, folio 11, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of August 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Board of the Wellington Methodist Charitable and Educational Endowments, by Percy Rimmer, of Wellington, dentist, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 518973, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 24.95 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 23338, being part Wesleyan Reserve, Town of Wellington. Part certificate of title, Volume 461, folio 304, Wellington Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 195972, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of additional land containing 3 acres 1 rood 24 perches situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 200, D.P. 1695, part Heretaunga Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5966 (S.O. 3472) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
