Land Held for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Gisborne Set Apart for Forestry Purposes, Subject to an Easement of Right of Way

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for Maori housing purposes, is hereby set apart for forestry purposes, subject to an easement of right of way contained in Proclamation 1161, Gisborne Land Registry; and I also proclaim and declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 11·4 perches situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 3997, part Waiohihere 1A Block. Balance certificate of title, Volume 99, folio 207.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for post office purposes (residence), is hereby set apart as additional land for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches situated in Block III, Takapau Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 8618, being part Block 234, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5972 (S.O. 3508) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Hastings, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Douglas Stephens, of Napier, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 9541 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of land in respect of which a leasehold estate is taken containing 1 acre 2 roods 11·5 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 43, D.P. 4219, part Ahuriri Lagoon Reserve, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, excepting thereout Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 10395.
