Crown Land Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods situated in Block IX, Moawhango Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being Section 7, Block II, Town of Waiouru; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 15363 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of August 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of public domain containing 1 rood 4.1 perches situated in the Borough of Taupo, being part Section 2, Block II, Tauhara Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158212 (S.O. 39462) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of reserve containing 1 rood 18.4 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Clive Square Reserve, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5934 (S.O. 3501) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

All that public reserve containing 36 perches situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 6176, being part Allotment 39, Parish of Matata.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart, subject to the water drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 603954, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 40, D.P. 45411. All certificate of title, Volume 1582, folio 65, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of April 1962, published in Gazette, 10 May 1962, No. 29, at page 717, and registered as No. 527446, Wellington Land Registry, and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for secondary school purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 35.18 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Lot 3, D.P. 18397, being part Section 50, Hutt District. Part certificate of title, Volume 586, folio 192, Wellington Land Registry.
