of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway in Block IV,
Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July
1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1175,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as
No. 13576, in so far as it affects part Lot 3, D.P. 3747, being
portion of Allotment 92, Titirangi Parish. Being all the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1967,
folio 9, Auckland Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of
Mount Roskill.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of August 1962.

Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land held for better

for railway purposes.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the develop-
ment of water power (Islington-Papanui transmission line),
subject to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No.
450029 and to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land
Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 27th day of August 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of Crown land containing 36·1 perches situated
in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 104,
D.P. 21904, being part Rural Section 117. Formerly part
certificate of title, Volume 411, folio 64, Canterbury Land

ment of water power; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 27th day of August 1962.

All that piece of land containing 26·8 perches, situated in
Block X, Arnold Survey District, Borough of Brunner, West-
land R.D., being Section 450, Town of Dobson; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
5967 (S.O. 5103) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

venience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 27th day of August 1962.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 39 perches
situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Tekapo Survey District,
being closed road, being part of the land in Proclamation
No. 568777, Canterbury Land [Registry; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4099
(S.O. 9475) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
