Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Mangonui County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve

purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes and, further,
vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui, in trust, for recreation
purposes.
