PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 11 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes (Wairakei geothermal power project); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 0·25 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 12, D.P. 370, being part Section 2, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5851 (S.O. 25091) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Easement Over Land Taken for Electricity Purposes in the City of Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for electricity purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington the full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, repair, renew, and maintain an electric cable or cables under, along, and across the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the full and free right, liberty, and licence to enter upon the said land with or without tools, vehicles, and machinery for any of the purposes aforesaid, and to use the said electric cable or cables for the unimpeded transmission of electrical energy, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8·36 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 52, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5815 (S.O. 24948) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
