A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of August 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 4·5 perches situated
in Block II, Puniu Survey District, Borough of Te Awamutu,
being Lot 11, D.P. 25567, being part Allotment 319, Parish
of Mangapiko. All certificate of title, Volume 805, folio 206,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of August 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 3·6 perches situated
in the Borough of Tauranga, being part Lot 7, D.P. 11061;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Agnes
McLay, of Wanganui, widow, under and by virtue of memo-
randum of lease No. 26444, Wellington Land Registry, and
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, held by Margaret May McElroy, of Wanga-
nui, spinster, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease
No. 26767, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold
estate in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held
by Douglas Blacklaws, of Wanganui, foreman carpenter,
under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 27773,
Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, held by Leonard
Arthur Chase, of Wanganui, carpenter, under and by virtue
