Land Taken for the Purposes of Public Offices in the City of Napier
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public offices, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 29·9 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 8590, and Lot 2, D.P. 8756, part Town Sections 281 and 283, Napier. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 159, folio 195.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (microwave radio repeater station); and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for post office purposes (microwave radio repeater station) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time, and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant thereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 33·4 perches situated in Block VI, Nukumaru Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 2962, being part Rangitatau 1d; coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 17·9 perches situated in Block VI, Nukumaru Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 2962, being part Rangitatau 1d; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5804 (S.O. 24191) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
