Interest in Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Waitaki River Power Scheme) in Block XV, Pukaki West Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Public Trustee under and by virtue of Pastoral Licence No. 531, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Waitaki River Power Scheme).
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block XV, Pukaki West Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
8 0 7 Part Run 88, shown on plan M.O.W. 4591 (S.O. 9658).
24 2 10 Part Run 88, shown on plan M.O.W. 4592 (S.O. 9659).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Pukaki Downs Station Limited, a company having its registered office at Timaru, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 465, folio 147, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Waitaki River Power Scheme).

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 30 perches, situated in Block XV, Pukaki West Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 36862; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4591 (S.O. 9658) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.
