A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 24·13 perches situated in the Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 22528, being part Section 45, Porirua District. All certificate of title, Volume 956, folio 15, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electrical works and shall vest in the North Auckland Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block III, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment S.W. 58, Kaiwaka Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4600 (S.O. 42965) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
