Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land first described in the First Schedule hereto, held from
Her Majesty the Queen by Trevor Ritchie Cotton, of Puke-
rangi, sheep farmer, under and by virtue of Provisional
Register No. 562, Canterbury Land Registry, and the leasehold
estate in the land secondly to fifthly described in the First
Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Andrew
Don, of Fairlie, farmer under and by virtue of Crown lease,
Volume 529, folio 3, Canterbury Land Registry, are hereby
taken for the purposes of a road; and also hereby proclaim
and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen
by Andrew Don, of Fairlie, farmer, under and by virtue of
Crown lease, Volume 529, folio 3, Canterbury Land Registry,
is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
