His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee,
hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 30th day of
August 1950 and published in the Gazette on the 31st day
of the same month at page 1644, authorising the Mount
Possession Run Co. Ltd. to use water for the purpose of
generating electricity and to erect certain electric lines.
