A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 16 January 1962 and published in Gazette of 25 January 1962, No. 5, page 67, closing road and adding it to land held for State housing purposes, and hereby proclaim and declare that all those pieces of road described in the First Schedule hereto are hereby closed and added to land held for State housing purposes described in the Third Schedule hereto; and all those pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby closed and added to land held for State housing purposes described in the Fourth Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 38 acres 1 rood 34 perches situated in Blocks VI and VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Lot 4, D.P. 13368. All certificate of title, Volume 615, folio 124, Auckland Land Registry.
