Licensing Ian Alfred Fraser and Lawrence Murray Fraser to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Taieri River at Taieri Mouth as a Site for a Wharf

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Ian Alfred Fraser and Lawrence
Murray Fraser (hereinafter called the licensees, which term
shall include their executors, administrators, or assigns unless
the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and bed of the Taieri River at Taieri
Mouth as shown on plan marked M.D. 2963 and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining a wharf thereon as shown on the said
plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
   tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
   far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensees shall be two pounds
   (£2) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
   day of June 1962.
4. The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the
   wharf shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited
   above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved
   by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for
   that purpose.
