Revocation of Appointment of Rangiora-Waikuku Beach Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Rangiora-Waikuku Beach Domain Board as published in Gazette, 24 November 1955, Vol. III, page 1808, and appoints the Rangiora County Council to be the Rangiora-Waikuku Beach Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
