Portion of Public Domain and Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain first described in the Schedule hereto and the Crown land secondly and thirdly described in the said Schedule are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.
SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being 0 0 6 Part Section 67, Town of Havelock; coloured sepia on plan. 0 0 7·3 Part Section 54, Town of Havelock; coloured pink on plan. 0 0 6·4 Part Section 55, Town of Havelock; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5590 (S.O. 4530) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto; now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 21·3 perches situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of North-cote, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 45481. Part certificates of title, Volume 564, folios 165 and 166 (both limited as to parcels), Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of June 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences), subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the building-line condition imposed by K. 42465, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.

ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre 2 roods 39·2 perches situated in the Borough of Ngaruawahia, being Lots 2 to 9 inclusive, D.P. S. 7488, being part Allotment 188, Suburbs of Newcastle North. All certificate of title, Volume 1A, folio 881, Auckland Land Registry.

S. 7605, to the building-line restriction imposed by notice S. 210090, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.
