Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Mount Roskill

COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of stormwater, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.
