Allocating Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Taonui to the Purposes of a Road
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Oroua County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

0 2 17·3 Railway land. Situated in Block II, Kairanga Survey District, Oroua County. (S.O. 25232.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17961 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher’s Residence in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 9·8 perches situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being Section 231, Town of Havelock; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5590 (S.O. 4530) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public domain first described in the Schedule hereto and the public reserve secondly described in the said Schedule are hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1962.
